New this year is the luxurious Hilltop House located on the top of the hill above the trailhead and along the River Trail but accessible by car. You can drive up to the house from West Pioneer Road, about a 1/8 mile from the ABR trailhead, or you can ski in from the ABR Trailhead.

It is a beautiful home built in 2000 and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a loft, a large kitchen, dining, living area with a fireplace and 18 foot vaulted knotty pine ceilings. The house has beautiful sunrise and sunset views and a large wrap around deck. There is a laundry room and a wax area. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed, a master bath with a Jacuzzi tub and a shower. Bedroom #2 has 2 double bunk beds, bedroom #3 has a queen bed and bunk bed and the loft has a pull out trundle bed with 2 single beds. The house sleeps up to 14 people. The Living Room has a pull out sofa sleeper. The kitchen is equipped with a range oven and microwave and cooking and eating utensils. The living room has Satellite TV/DVD/VCR  and is stocked with some videos and board games.

Linens and towels are provided. A charcoal grill is available. Sauna privileges available at the trailhead at an additional cost. No smoking, no pets. Ski out the front to the ski trail 100 feet away. Ski passes are not included in the rates but be sure to check out multiple day ticket and equipment rental rates.
