ABR Trails River House E5299 West Pioneer Road Ironwood, MI 49938 906-932-3502 The River House is a 3 bedroom house located on the ABR Ski Trails, off the Memory Lane and Jack Pine Trail. You can drive up to the River House from Riverside Road, about a _ mile from the ABR trailhead, or you can ski in from the ABR Trailhead. The House is cozy but not rustic. It has electricity, running water, heat, etc. The River House sleeps up to 10 on beds. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, Bedroom has #2 a double bunk, and a double flop down mattress, Bedroom #3 has a double bed and the living room has a pullout queen sofa sleeper. There is one full bathroom, a kitchen equipped with a range oven and microwave and cooking and eating utensils. The living room has a fireplace and is stocked with games. In the basement there is an electric sauna and a Morgan waxing bench. Linens and towels are provided. The River House now has Satelitte TV in it and in each Annex room. No pool, no phone, no smoking, no pets. Ski out the back to the ski trail 100 feet away. Ski passes are not included in the rates but ABR Cross Country skiers get first priority on the availability.
